Products and Technical Expertise

Headquartered in Champaign, Illinois, USA, Alpasun supplies rigid and flexible triple-junction GaAs solar CICs for space power applications.

Our technical team brings over two decades of experience in materials engineering and device fabrication, including thin-film deposition, MOCVD epitaxial growth, and solar cell technologies.

Engineering and Manufacturing

Our U.S. team works closely with customers on CIC selection, technical specifications, and custom requirements, with engineering support for solar panel and array integration.

Alpasun works with strategic contract manufacturers in China and Taiwan, combining their production capabilities with Alpasun’s technical expertise and customer support.

Future Development

Our long-term goal is to expand our manufacturing network into Europe and North America, bringing production closer to customers and strengthening regional supply and engineering support.
